I’m Sara.“Say,” for short.
I’ve been a massage therapist for eight years, working in spas, chiropractic offices, and within my own private practice. Over time, my massage style has evolved into a deeply intentional blend of myofascial release, Ashiatsu, Thai massage, and sports massage, woven together to guide the body back into balance and ease.
I believe that pain is the body’s way of communicating—a message that something within us is asking to be witnessed, understood, and released. Each session becomes a conversation with the body’s tissues and energy, inviting deeper alignment and awareness.
A core part of my evolution as a practitioner has been my barefoot bodywork journey. Working with my feet has opened an entirely new dimension of touch, allowing me to explore pressure, weight distribution, and tempo in a more grounded and intuitive way. This slow, sustained, rhythmic contact helps unlock the nervous system, dissolve deeply held tension, and open the body’s energy centers with both power and gentleness. Through this method, I’m able to create a sense of stability and calm that allows clients to drop into profound states of release.
Relaxing the nervous system remains central to everything I do. True soft-tissue change—and true energetic healing—can only happen when the body feels safe. By working with a wide range of pressure, from subtle to deep, I adapt to what each client needs in the moment.
My intention is always to unwind chronic patterns, correct postural imbalances, free stuck energy, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Each session is an opportunity to reconnect with the body’s wisdom and return to a more aligned, vibrant, and liberated state of being.
